2026-2027 BC Hockey Minimum Suspension GuidelinesCoaches need to be aware of these guidelines should a player be given a suspension. However, if a manager signs a roster with an inelgiable player in it, they may be subject for disciplinary measures including termination of their manager role.
Medical History Form for Players to be completed by each player at the start of every season and given to team manager
Injury Report Form- to be completed anytime a CMHA player is injured on the ice. Keep a copy and give one to the players parents.
AP Request Form- to use when you want to add an AP to your roster. Please note, a player can only AP to one team and the final deadline is JANUARY 15TH
Player Relief Request- to use when your team would like to borrow a player from another team for one game
